In October 2020, JINYU Tire officially joined ETRTO, becoming one member of the European Tyre and Rim Technical Organization.

Founded in 1964, ETRTO is a non-profit organization dedicated to the standardization and tolerance of the European tires and rim sizes, aiming to make tire matching more safe. Through years of development and continuous improvement, the compilation standard of this organization have been highly recognized by EU member and have become a prerequisite of bidding for European automobile OEMs and group users.

In June 2020, JINYU Tire started the construction of a modern factory with 2 million TBR annual capacity. This factory has adopted industry leading design concept, planned and designed in accordance with the overall goal of digitalization, intelligence and lean production. With ITO, big data, full automatic robots and automatic stereoscopic warehouse, we have achieved the self-service, automation and digitalization in warehousing and logistics.

With good technical reserves and advanced equipment and production processes in the Vietnam factory, JINYU Tire will focus on developing products that meet the needs of customers in the European market, improve label levels, tire performance, mileage and overall product quality, helping achieve European carbon emission reduction target of 2030. Joining ETRTO represents JINYU Tire’s determination and commitment to producing tires that meet the needs and trends of the European market.

In the past, JINYU has already won the trust of Asian customers whose market was considered most demanding and complicated, in the future, JINYU will also take root in European market through more valuable products and service.
